BlueGrace Logistics Acquires Truk TMS to Broaden Technology Portfolio

BlueGrace Logistics has announced the acquisition of Truk TMS, a transportation management system provider serving shippers, brokers, and carriers. The deal adds new digital capabilities to BlueGrace's existing freight services portfolio and is expected to accelerate product development across the combined customer base.

Truk TMS operates as an independent TMS platform with tools for rating, routing, dispatch, and carrier management. BlueGrace said the Truk team and product suite will continue to operate as part of the BlueGrace organization, with customers retaining access to existing functionality while gaining integration with BlueGrace's broader logistics services.
