Flowspace launches transition fund to help brands leave restrictive 3PL providers
Flowspace has introduced a new program offering up to $50,000 in transition support for brands looking to move away from restrictive third-party logistics providers.

Flowspace has announced the launch of its Fulfillment Freedom Fund, a new program designed to ease the financial burden for brands that want to switch from restrictive third-party logistics (3PL) providers. The initiative offers up to $50,000 in transition support per qualifying company, according to the company.
What the fund covers
The Fulfillment Freedom Fund is aimed at brands experiencing contractual or operational constraints with their current fulfillment partners. Flowspace said the program can help cover costs associated with migrating inventory, integrating systems, and onboarding with a new logistics provider.
The company positions the fund as a direct response to feedback from merchants who have struggled with long-term contracts, limited service options, or rising fees imposed by incumbent 3PLs. By reducing the upfront cost of switching, Flowspace is hoping to attract businesses that might otherwise delay a move.
Broader context in the 3PL market
The launch comes as more brands reassess their supply chain relationships. Industry observers note that flexibility and scalability have become decisive factors for merchants choosing fulfillment partners, particularly those navigating volatile demand patterns.
Other logistics providers have also been expanding their offerings to capture share in this shifting market. Recent moves include BWT Logistics expanding its multi-tenant warehousing platform for 3PL clients, as well as strategic discussions highlighted by the SCALA industry forum focused on logistics and supply chain transformation. Competitive pressure is also visible in markets such as India, where the Delhivery CEO has publicly challenged Amazon and XpressBees in the logistics market.
Flowspace has not yet disclosed the total size of the fund or the number of brands it expects to support through the program. Companies interested in applying are being directed to contact Flowspace directly for eligibility details.
